Format was informative and I was kept up to date, I was notified quickly that I was successful in the role. The 1 on 1 interview felt welcoming and two sided, I was able to ask them questions of their experience working at CBA and they were genuinely curious in my experiences.
It was very smooth, starting with the application form through Prospel, followed by the video interview questions, the rounds of individual interviews, then the team interview, and lastly the call that I got the job. Questions were straightforward, testing interpersonal skills more than technical skills.
The following applied through the Intern Program, and I did not have to re-interview for the Graduate Position. Multiple phases (CV, IQ/Behavioural Testing, Digital Interview, Live Virtual Interview, Live Virtual Group Interview, Written Test). It felt extensive, however progressed quickly. The interview process was standard to most other industry competitors, with one highlight exception interview question (refer below).
Pretty good, though it was a multi-step interview. It was well organised and coordinated. The HR team held session prior to the assessment centre to brief candidates on the process and expecations.
