My employer is extremely flexible around work hours and arrangements. i am currently external from my entire team and undertaking studies as part of my graduate role. i am able to work from home, the office and the university. i undertake csiro work during designated work hours 8:30am-4:30pm and higher education studies between 6am -10pm.
Csiro is a very flexible workplace that offers remote work, study leave and compressed working arrangements.

Flexibility is dependent on team and management. i am fortunate to have had supervisors who are flexible with work arrangements which is imperative for my capacity to work and live. i believe that i would work more efficiently and productively under a proper four-day work week structure, as such, i am working with my organisation to work a little less (consequently paid less) so i can meet personal and professional expectations and needs.
