My employer provides L&D opportunities to be able to work up from a graduate to a Partner/Principal over time.
Promotion opportunities are based on experience, performance, and qualifications. From my observation, the company rewards its employees fairly, promoting them in line with what they truly deserve. My employer has also been very supportive in outlining what my future career path could look like.
