Personally, pay amount of pay is vital in my role as it allows me to be able to pursue many different investments that I find. The increased pay allows me to borrow more. Currently, I am forced to have multiple jobs to make my dream a reality, which takes me away from my dream occupation
Based on market research I have done, I am really satisfied with the my pay. As for benefits, the expense claims, leave policies and time to time company events are excellent. Overall, really satisfied.
