In this role, work compressed hours 8:30 - 5:30pm, for a nine day fortnight.
The working arrangements are very flexible. It is easy to fit around appointments and things around your work schedule, and generally managers are very accommodating. We can work 2 days from home, or more with approval. Our working hours can be flexible between 7am-7pm which is also a bonus. Any extra work earns you time in lieu. Lots of people are on flexible work arrangements eg. working 4 days a week.
I am able to work two days per week from home which is my preferred arrangement, and I feel like I could do another day from home if I wanted. I am supported to work 8AM to 4PM as this is also my preference.
