Development opportunities are great, but because my field is quite niche there is no guarantee of positions after the graduate program.
The roles that i have experienced in the grad program I cannot see myself applying for in the future and I also highly doubt I will be given a role/permanency in these roles because there is either no role for me in their team or I would not fit into their team

There is no guarantee of a permanent position following the program's cessation date. However, my graduate coordinator has been very reassuring and of great assistance to helping graduates find more permanent employment beyond the program. My coordinator is very approachable and is very receptive and considerate of personal career goals and aspirations of graduates. For a graduate, if you are under the age of 24, you have the ability to be placed in a vacancy. Otherwise, you can apply for any vacancies between levels 3 and 4 and undergo the relevant recruitment process.
