I only use flexi time, public holiday leave and discounted private health insurance

I feel there is a lot of flexibility and benefits available when working at the Department. Generous leave policies (especially with regards to start times and flexitime) as well as Ubers, allowances for overnight/regional travel and the Employee Assistance Program are all really great and useful benefits included.
