Have the opportunity to manage full processes/projects, on top of juggling the ad-hoc admin type work that comes with the job.
I am just given a task to complete and usually no deadline of when to complete it, the work is not very meaningful to me which i struggle with a lot. I am usually a burden to engage on tasks well that's how i feel. I have worked on one project in the project which was very meaningful to me and i noticed my everyday morale was improved and i was engaging more with my colleagues
Providing advice to other Departmental workers, allowing them to complete their front-line roles.
Depends on rotation, I would definitely say I am provided with more opportunities as I am a graduate who is rotating.
I have found great meaning and reward from the work I have done with the Department, especially from daily consultation with stakeholders and other relevant parties and collaboration that has fostered positive outcomes in the youth and housing spaces.
