Both rotations that I have been in have been quite busy (no shortage of work), thus a bit of overtime each week. No WFH opportunities as there was a bigger focus on learning and developing in office.
The work-life balance is great; I am able to work basically whatever hours i want (as long as its 8 hours a day) and I am able to build and use my flexi time which has been a great help for life appointments (able to go dentist in the morning). I have not been able to work from home yet, though this would be a great factor in applying for future roles for me.
The Department is very flexible with the ability to work from home and have flexible working hours.
1-2 days WFH once settled into team. Flexible start and finish times. 37.5 hours a week.
During my first rotation, there was great flexibility with regards to work times, and I was able to work from home initially for one day a week, which had then increased to two days a week as per changing workplace policies. In my current rotation, I am still able to commence work in a flexible manner.
