During office hours people are nice, after hours people are also nice. Hierarchy is relaxed with managers and senior employees delegating tasks without micro managing. The team works well together and there is positive socialisation.
I like the workplace culture, some people grab coffee together on specific days which is quite nice. Everybody is very inviting and very willing to offer help. The only thing that could be improved if the Department allocated a bit more time for collaboration so we could get to know our team members a bit better, maybe weekly lunches or something of that nature.
