They are great, quick to point out wins and successes but also push me in learning and new activities!
Extremely accessible, there are no teams that I know of in our office where you aren't getting daily contact with your line manager. There is great access to senior management as well, I am totally comfortable walking into the marketing directors office without an appointment if I need to speak to him about something.
My manager is excellent - he is friendly, patient and always willing to help me out. There isn't too much pressure on my to do too much, and I can work at my own pace/ask for more to do when needed.
