It was intense, and nerve racking having to do a whole day assessment centre. But, the people were supportive and hearing from prior grads at the open night and asking questions was great, and I was set up for success.
Quite challenging - a range of online quiz's, online interviews, online test and an all day workshop with the final graduates
For the graduate program there were several stages. Initially there is the standard CV and personal essay. Then you move to a video recorded q&a online. Finally you have an assessment centre with other finalists where you were given mock scenarios and you had to work collaboratively to come up with solutions.
Submission of a resume, short video responses in the form of an interview and then final zoom interview. A medical check had to be completed before I was hired for safety reasons, as I work on and around the manufacturing floor.
After submitting the application form, there was an online interview that needed to be completed which was followed by a "face-to-face interview" on zoom. The last stage were the reference checks after which offers were sent out .
