I enjoy my role because no two days are the same. Working in R&D I get to use my technical knowledge to solve problems and innovate new products. I am responsible for day-to-day maintenance of formulas and get to work with Manufacturing as well as Marketing to develop new products for our customers.
I work to develop NPD as well as maintaining the current product portfolio. Day-to-day, I balance my time in the lab making formulas and conducting testing, with research, results analysis and meetings.
Interact with customers to ensure profitable growth and satisfaction.
Big workload due to insufficient resources in the team but work is fun.
