Some of the training I have received is not relevant to my role. Whilst it is interesting more role specific training would have been more beneficial.
In the graduate program, there is on-the-job training with your team and buddy, learning opportunities to earn certifications, a capstone project, and a mentor from the senior leadership team. There is also AI classrooms being hosted for those interesting in learning AI. Continuous learning is encouraged, and certifications are recognised as key achievements.
