Quite flexible
I work in the office multiple days a week. However, the ability to be able to work from home is incredibly helpful so I can be available for my children when needed.
WFH is flexible Gear is available to support WFH Office is nice but far Timesheeting is straight-forward
My role is completely remote, but I have the option to go into the office whenever I want. Before being promoted from my graduate program, I worked 9 am to 5 pm, five days a week. After my promotion to a shift role, I work 12-hour shifts for 4 to 5 days, with a mix of day and night shifts, followed by 4 to 5 days off. DXC is flexible when it comes to working hours, you can take breaks whenever you need, depending on your work and meetings. Regarding remote work, the expectation is that you come into the office twice a week.
