Plenty of promotion possibilities
There are clear pathways for promotion within the organization, from Graduate to Chief engineer (Obviously time and experience play a role). Following the graduate program, you start in a fulltime engineering position in one of the many engineering teams within the business and progress through to the top of grade. One of the requirements to become a Senior Engineer is holding RPEQ and successful applying for a senior role. There is then progression through Senior. From this point there are usually two paths to choose from either Management or Principal Engineer. Beyond this there may be opportunities to become a general manager and if the stars align even a Chief Engineer.
