Some employees are good others are too harsh with unrealistic expectations.
Good amount of socialization amongst other graduates in the grad program & good office culture.
There is an expectation of kindness and respect in the workplace and if this isn't happening it is called out. For me, I socialise with my local depot staff as a part of a social club but that is funded by staff not the organisation.
Corporate culture is generally good. It is not uncommon to come across disengaged employees but it is not the majority. Company is generally attentive when issues are raised. There are silos within the company but most teams are happy to talk with graduates and are willing to engage with graduates outside of their team.
Workplace culture is great both on the clock and off, whilst there is a clear hierarchy on paper, in practice the business is very open to communication so it is functionally a lot more flat at least before any paperwork gets involved, team work and cooperation are the subject of the day so everyone gets along and works together well. Colleagues socialise well together off the clock from what I've seen although my remote location means I'm not as involved there as some who live closer to a large office might be.
