The managers I’ve worked with have been great role models, always approachable and willing to help. They’ve provided valuable guidance and support, and I’ve learned a lot from their leadership. That said, they can be very busy at times, which occasionally makes it difficult to get timely help. It’s understandable, but it can feel a bit uncomfortable asking for assistance when you know they’re under pressure. Despite that, they do their best to be available and supportive when you need them. Internal communication is generally clear, and performance feedback is provided in a constructive way. Praise and recognition are given when deserved, which helps build confidence and motivation.
Some managers are great others not so much
