The interview process was well-organised and smoothly coordinated by the talent team and members of my current team. It began with an informal coffee catch-up with a team member, followed by a more formal interview. I appreciated that the interview was conducted online via Teams, which made it much more convenient given the distance I live from the office. However, I understand that the process may vary between teams. The assessments included onboarding questions that were reasonably straightforward but encouraged me to think creatively and approach problems from different angles.
