While I’m not deeply familiar with all of my employer’s CSR initiatives, I do know that volunteering is actively encouraged. Employees are given one volunteering leave day each year, which makes it easier to get involved in community projects or causes that matter to them. There are plenty of volunteering opportunities available, and the company supports staff in participating, whether individually or as part of a team. It’s a great way to give back and connect with colleagues outside of the usual work environment.
