The graduate training program has been positive overall and is well-structured, although sessions are sometimes postponed, which can disrupt the learning flow. Within my team, training has been less formal and mostly based on shadowing others and observing how tasks are done. While this hands-on approach has helped me learn, it can feel a bit overwhelming at times. That said, the team is very supportive—everyone is happy to answer questions and offer guidance when needed. This has helped me build practical skills and gain confidence in my role, even if the learning curve has been steep at times.
