The training program is really structured since it has been adapted from global standards of the firm. I have picked up not only technical skills, but also soft skills as they encourage team activities.
Picked up full stack technical skills, but also soft skills (interview skills, cv writing and presentation, professional workplace skills, presentation skills which i found very helpful)
Training was satisfactory. Trainers are approachable and knowledgeable. I did bi stream, sql and excel were most useful to me as i had never done it before and it is fairly often used in my role.
