Interview process was very straightforward at the time I applied. It was just an assessment centre after the initial application, which allowed applicants to properly demonstrate their capability without needing to go through extensive online screening.
My experience was unique in that I did not go through the whole interview process. It was at a time when the person who was supposed to get the role dropped out so when I made an enquiry about the graduate program, the HR managed to get my CV sent to the leaders who agreed to have me onboard without any interview.
