I work FIFO so my hours are a lot for one week and not the other. Having a boss who is supportive of your need to work from home (only when necessary, though) is really valuable as it allows you to achieve the best outcome possible.
Onsite Work 8/6 Swing
Very flexible in Perth. Being FIFO is less flexible due to role requirements, however rosters are very good relative to other competitors.
I work on an 8/6 roster 12 hrs a day. This means 8 days on site and 6 days off.
