There are opportunities to attend external training courses/programs e.g. CPA, CFA, excel courses etc.
I have gotten pretty good training from my managers and have developed my skills in areas such as report writing, penetration testing and other technical areas. FTI also supports their employees with external training, such as certifications etc.
