Have good initiatives that allow people to be involved as much or as little as they wish outside of hours. Can be difficult to fit such things when working though.
Everyone is nice and supportive
I look forward to coming into the office every day because of the people I work with. Senior people are happy to help you when you need a hand and to chat about the industry and where you want to go. It's a social industry so there is always opportunities to socialise with the office and with insurance companies as well.
