The interview process was great to deal with. It started with a phone call screening, in which I talked a bit about who I am, why I want to work in insurance and as a broker and also Gallagher. Then I had an interview through teams which was good before completing a psychometric assessment, which I was lucky enough to have done quite a few times over my last year of uni! Finally, there was another interview with two executives which was not only a chance to talk about myself but also learn about Gallagher and listen to two individuals who have had a very successful career. Overall, the interview process was streamlined and relatively quick which I appreciated.
Completed initial online assessment, then got a phone call which followed by 2 team interviews which HR, managers, executives.
