A lot of training opportunities are available at all times however, these are generally online training opportunities. There are some in person training opportunities however, these are more difficult to come by and get involved in.
We had extensive training on the systems that Gallagher use in formal training sessions. We have had multiple training sessions on all aspects of broking and managers/senior brokers are happy to sit down and explain concepts. Gallagher also mandates and pays for a Tier 1 qualification for all Graduate brokers which is a good introduction to the world of insurance.
