Promotion possibilities are not really based on merit but rather based on tenure which doesn't feel right to be completely honest.
I am still in probation of my role so I have yet to receive any promotion possibilities.
I have been with GT for not that long at all, so not sure about career progression yet.
Performance review every 6 months with possible promotion based on performance and feedback provided by peers.
