There is diversity and inclusion as a whole at Grant Thornton but in my team it is less culturally diverse. This isn't an issue since everyone is still different with unique backgrounds and different upbringings. There is correlation in diversity and inclusion on recruitment, retention, promotion, access and equity. They are purely made on the skills of the person.
My employer seems to be very committed to this, as I have said, the office is an extremely diverse place and we have just about every personality and culture floating around.
