Office space is good - there is a 'hot desk' system though which means we don't have our own desks locked in (would prefer if we had our own desks so that we could set them up properly and leave things there). We do have lockers, but it's not ideal. End of trip facilities are great. Location is also good - 5 min walk from Southern Cross station, and right by a tram stop. Dress code: "dress for your day" policy (at minimum smart casual, but can wear sneakers/smart jeans if no client-facing meetings).
The office is very nice and clean. It is open so people may be taking phone calls but you do get used to it if you listen to music (which most people do). The tables are hot-desking so there is no assign seats so you can sit wherever you like. I make sure to come in a bit earlier to get my seat since our team is quite big. The facilities are incredibly clean, the lunch tables could be bigger but it works out since it's rare for the office to be full everyday. The location is ideal since it is a 5 min walk to Southern Cross Station with most of the walk being under cover. The dress code is team dependent but is on the casual side.
My employer provides basically everything we need for the office, and I would say the dress code is a little more lax than I first thought it would be, which is welcoming, and I feel that it boosts productivity in the office.
Clean office with nice city views. Plenty of amenities." Dress for your day code" more commonly just business casual - more formal should you have a meeting/ client interaction.
