Fairly flexible in terms of working arrangements (I. E. I have the option to work from home when I need). However, not very flexible in terms of hours - very much expected to be available 08:30-17:30
I work 8:30 to 5/5:30. Most of my coworkers work long hours everyday and work in office every day. Whilst the work hours make a precedent to follow, it is not enforced or expected to do that as a graduate. I have commitments to attend to after work (gym 5 days a week) so if I don't have work I will leave on time and this has never been an issue. Also, working from home is never an issue. I work from home twice a week but 3 times if I mentally need it or if I'm unwell.
Mostly my employer doesn't care about your own work arrangements. In audit there are times when we need to be at site or in the office depending on our work-load, but we are for the most part able to work at home if we want, or just set our own arrangements.
9-5 everday, sometimes more lenient on Fridays with possible early finishes. Remote work is possible following probationary period (6 months) - 1-2 days from home.
Work from home 3 days per week
