Early into the program I was introduced to people in leadership that completed the MDP program 5, 10, 20 years ago, this for me was a great indicator of the programs ability to build people up. Currently, I believe 80% of their senior leadership have come through this program. Throughout the program I have been included in operational and managerial discussions, I have been encouraged and enabled to take on different projects and have had the chance to take on various roles within the business to gain genuine insights and develop my professional experience. All of which are essential to building the recognition, network and competence needed to move up in the organisation.
There are multiple avenues to progress your career with Heidelberg as a graduate. There are also multiple opportunities to personally develop.
