Pay is minimal regarding the cost of living.
A vehicle and fuel card are included in the salary package, removing a majority of costs for business and personal travel. The pay, benefits and clear pathway for after-program growth is a really attractive combination.
For the hours worked and responsibility I believe I'm underpaid.
