The team at HLB Mann Judd have a very strong work culture. Within my smaller team we are constantly communicating to ensure that no individual has too many tasks on. Socially as a team we enjoy going to lunches and have also enjoyed some after hours nights out.
Social events are held both firm-wide and also within specific divisions. After hours gatherings with colleagues occur sporadically and spontaneously. In my division we typically work on clients in teams of 2-6 people.
