A regular work week is 38 hours (8 hours days). If required to work OT, you can get paid for it. Flexible working arrangements including remote work can be utilised depending on ones role. Site based employees are required to attend site to perform installs, service existing install, etc....
I work hybrid: 3 days in the office, minimum, and the remainder from home. I am trusted to work the hours per work, whatever schedule I may chose, as long as the work is being completed.
Paid for 38 hours. My boss is very flexible with time, if I get an early mark one day don’t complain about staying back another. Be present at work when needed, depending on my projects I can choose when I start
