You always have the opportunity to grow. Promotions are definitely possible from a graduate role to a manager role but beyond that, im not exactly sure. If you want to achieve something, they will support but you've got to do your bit
I've only been part of the graduate program for around 6 months, so it's still early to comment in detail on promotion opportunities.
I am not sure yet as I have only been here for a few months, however, it seems like people stay in this business for a while and as a young starter there will be plenty of promotion opportunities as older colleagues retire.
I am not certain if there are many career promotion possibilities in my role in my specific sector of the business. I have found a lot of people in this business have been here for a long time and there isn't much room to climb the corporate ladder as there aren't that many open job opportunities.
