In the office, everyone is focused on work (which isn't a bad thing) There aren't many conversations that happen among team members except professional ones. Outside of work, after hours, zero communication. There is no hierarchy of sorts, obviously know who your boss is but everyone is treated with respect. Socialising is poor in my opinion and that's something I would love for the company to work on. Whats missing is a younger crowd sometimes I believe.
It is a small team with very little hierarchy aside from an operations manager, but it is very social and lots of laughs are had which makes work enjoyable.
Culture is definitely lacking. Again, it is an older business with an older generation. There are new younger, more open people being hired recently and i can see some slow changes being made.
