With regards to promotion, it is not great. Its pretty evident from who the top leaders are on how hard it is for people from diverse backgrounds to reach the top and whether or not they would ever reach there. My score of 10 was based on recruitment and retention more than anything else. This is like the saying "if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will always live its life thinking it's stupid" The way people are promoted to the higher ranks are based on characteristics and traits that are fancied by a certain section of the world population. It is chosen specifically at what they excel at and thats how they're considered fit for such roles. By judging others on these competencies, there is hardly a chance for others to come up.
We seem to have a wide range of cultures in our operational teams, as well as genders in our office team, and inclusivity is part of a training course completed when starting work with Infrabuild.
One of our National Sales managers is a female, which is really nice to see. Especially in such a male dominated industry.
