I think they pay graduate the right market salary. I am very happy with the pay and it is on par or above industry standard for similar role There are lot of discounts (which are usually there in most big companies)
I'm satisfied with the pay for my role and find it fair for a graduate position. However, I haven't received any additional perks like free meals, travel reimbursement, or private health cover. It would be great to see more benefits or recognition programs offered in the future to enhance employee motivation
