There are 35 people in this office. I am from a Caucasian background in another country, and I am the furthest from the monotonous ethical background of the office. Diversity is not even given lip service.
It's a pretty blokey office, by virtue of the industry being relatively hidden. Senior staff are very open about the lack of women and we are always looking for talented female candidates. Women are overrepresented in the candidate pool in fact. Otherwise, parents seem to be well supported - many senior members work 4 days a week to support their families. Ethnically we have an ok amount of diversity. Doesn't seem like anyone minds about sexuality.
KM makes an effort to include diversity within the marketing of the company, however the majority of the teams seem to lack diversity.
