My team is very flexible. The one main policy is to communicate. I have a young family so WFH is easily arranged and supported. I always feel supported within my team.
Depending on the week and how busy the project is, I might be working around a consistent 40 hours. But just like the university semester - when in the middle of the project, with a lot of work to do and impending deadlines, the workload can significantly increase. But it never usually lasts. I've also experienced a lot of flexibility at work here, they are more than accommodating if I have an appointment or choose to work from home on certain days of the week. They're very flexible to help support you with an arrangement that helps you and your team work at their best.

Very flexible about hours and remote work arrangements if you are in a non-audit environment. I rarely go into the office, and some team members come in only once or twice a year.
