My employer exhibits a great sense of inclusion, where equal opportunity is communicated and distributed across the business.
I think our office is quite diverse. A bunch of nationalities, backgrounds, gender expressions. There's a pride committee internally, mental health ambassadors, international employees, and walks of life. I think this is also reflected in the products - ensuring we are a leader in beauty and having shades for all skin tones is a major priority. I think some brands have a way to go, but generally we are very diverse.
L'Oreal is an extremely inclusive workplace with people from all walks of life. We have many people of different ethnic backgrounds, sexual identities as well as people with disabilities in the team. Regardless of your background or identity, there is always a place at L'Oreal for you and it is one big team.
