Managers in our company are approachable, communicate well, and provide positive and constructive feedback on a regular basis. These leaders do a great job of facilitating the team and keeping everyone informed
I think management is good, in my experience. They are very knowledgable, they nurture the grads, they understand that you are learning. They push you to grow but they don't expect you to be incredible right off the bat. They don't expect you to work outside of work hours. They have connects sessions regularly where you can share feedback with one another. They are very reasonable and good role models, at least what I have experienced.
The managers here genuinely care about your development and will make the plans with you to ensure that you reach those milestones and make the steps to progress your professional skills and experience. There are formal quarterly 'connect' sessions where both you and your manager are encouraged to provide each other insightful feedback and it is very clear that the management team both give and receive feedback with attention, detail and consideration.
