dress code is business casual - free to dress however you like
The office is fully equipped with everything we need, the spaces are new and vibrant, location is easily accessible. The dress code in the office, as communicated from day one is for us to wear what we're comfortable in, which speaks volumes to the amazing culture in the workplace.
I think the L'Oreal AU office is great. We have a cafe on the top level where reception is, we have a staff shop, mail room, product rooms, a bunch of couches / booths / soft furnishinges to be comfortable and meet in an informal setting. We have meeting rooms of all sizes, kitchens and bathrooms on every level. The office is located close to the city but not in a super busy area - I think it's a perfect spot with nice views of Albert Park lake and the ocean. The office is always clean, smells good, and a great place to host events. As for dress code, I would say smart casual is a general vibe - but not enforced. Our CEO wears jeans to the office, it's not that serious. I would say that people are encouraged to dress for their personality and to bring their authentic self to work and express that however they see fit. The only situation you would be asked to dress more formally is if you are meeting with customers in a professional setting.
It is highly accessible with plenty of PT and car parking nearby, with plenty of accessible offerings for people with disabilities and very clean, generous and useful facilities such as a gym, carpark, staff shop, divisional meeting rooms, meeting spaces and spaces for comfort.
