My managers have been extremely supportive with my growth journey, where they are still mentors to me even whilst I am not in their team anymore. Moreover, I have gotten to know them quite well personally which has been great.
In the warehouse I didn't really get any feedback or recognition, which I found difficult and really alienating. My current role is much more fulfilling in that regard.
