Location is very central to Melbourne and easy to get to via public transport. The office itself if beautiful and in a lovely big building freshly renovated. There are lots of meeting rooms that are all branded and spaced out across 2 floors. office dress code is smart casual
The offices are large and have both assigned desks and hot desks. The Melbourne office is within a 5-minute walk from Southern Cross and the Ballarat office has gated parking. Dress code is business casual. Some associates dress more formal, others less formal. There is no pressure to dress a certain way.
The Melbourne office is amazing because it has most of the Mars brands, which means you get to interact with people from many different businesses. The Sydney office is smaller but still a very nice office.
