Applied for the job and then got sent some Plyometric and Psychological testing, which were interesting and easy to complete online. Then was asked to do a one-way online interview which consisted of a question coming up on the screen and you had a few minutes to prepare and then you had two times to film and submit your answer for each question. The final round was the in-person interview in the Perth office where I was interviewed by someone in the team and a graduate.
There were many process and assessments for this role, but no more than the other FMCG companies I was also applying for. After initial application, psychometric testing was done (about a 2 hour exam), followed by a one way video interview, face to face group interview and face to face individual interview. Between each round candidates would be chosen to progress. For myself, from my initial application to when I was offered a job the process was 6 months long.
1. Online test 2. Recorded interview 3. In person panel that included an interactive group session, a presentation (that included a Q&A) and a 2:1 interview.
We had to undertake numerous online tests before getting through to the final round of interviews. It was nice they had the interviews in the office so we could get a feel for the company.
Multiple rounds of interviews and assessments + a presentation piece.
