There are lots of training resources but sometimes hard to find which is the most appropriate for you. the managers are very supportive and guid you on your learning in the business through your development plan. there are mid year and end of year reviews where you are given a formal opportunity for feedback with managers. Often mentors and buddies are given to help you as well
