Remote working is easy within my team if needed - can work around 2 days a week at home. If I need to take personal leave or annual leave she is great with accommodating to my needs.
Expectation is to be working 5 days a fortnight from the office. teams align on what days they will typically come in together so the time is used the best. Working arrangements and flexibility is respected at mars.
2 days WFH 3 days in office Mars is also accommodating of appointments and parental commitments.
The work hours are super flexible which is amazing. It allows me to still perform my high level sport whilst being able to complete my work at a time that suits me.
Field role is flexible in terms of hours but often requires more time throughout the day e.g., early wake ups, but must be online for late meetings + travel time can sometimes reach 1.5-2 hours so that changes the W/L balance too.
